First Overnight With Dema

Hello there! Not much sewing has been happening here. I am finally over my cold. My mom has returned to MN and DH is on the road again.

Tonight is Mr. E's first overnight with Dema. DS and DIL need a good night's sleep and I offered to keep him for the night. I picked him up about an hour ago. He fell asleep on the way home and I put him in his new bouncy chair. He seems to be stirring a little bit right now.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother's Day. Mine was quiet with a short visit from Mr. E. I will be seeing DS #2 and his GF this weekend when they come to visit to meet Mr. E.

I am nearly done with the Hope stitchery, a few more french knots and crosses and I'm done. I've been working on the lap quilts from DS #2 and his GF. I have about 6 rows left to connect. I'm going to tie the quilts instead of quilting.

I'll have more photos of Mr. E's visit tomorrow.

Thanks for stopping by and happy stitching!
Sweet P

What a cutie, and you are a good grandma to give the mom and dad a rest.
