While cleaning and reorganizing studio yesterday I realized I have accumulated a lot of lace, rick rick and ribbon bits that I keep in these mason jars . . .
And I have several rolls of new ribbon in this wire basket thanks to the Clearance Basket at the store . . .
And a growing collection of button from Australia, including buttons from C'Michael Cottage, Giggle Buttons, and Wildcraft Farm.
This doesn't include the other eight small jars of buttons that reside on my windowsill or the packages of rick rack hiding in a tin either.Maybe it's time to add some pizazz to my projects, huh?

Paula, maybe you can send some along with your cottages so the ladies can embellish their cottages.
Collecting is great, but it is finding the right project to use everything on that can me tough some times.
How about some crazy quilting? It's addicting, tho, so be careful!!!!!
I'm in the same situation. I've collected quite a bit of that fun stuff - just waiting for the right project to use some of it!
Like Shasta, I am in the same situation only times 10. When I find a yard sale and there is a box for a couple of bucks it comes home with me. And it seems that there is always some buttoms, zippers, rick-rack or bias tape lurking in the bottom of the box.
But trim is so much fun, you don't want to jump in and use it all up. LOL! I love your sweet buttons~ I have drawers and jars full of ric-rac, buttons and ribbons also. Maybe their should be a support group for people like us!
Hi Paula..can you please email me. I have tried to email you with your swap partner and they keep getting flicked back...thanks, Khris
I think jars of buttons and rick rack are fun in their own right...great buttons though!
