Last week I teased you with my red purchases. This past weekend I finally got to wear the new clothes.
We had to get to the wedding early as DH was an usher. The wedding was outdoors. The afternoon was hot. The air was filled with teeny, tiny obnoxious bugs. I did what any self-respecting Lady in Red would do - I stayed in the car with the AC on! What did I do? I decided to play with my camera and took self portraits. Here's the best one while inside the car.
Here is an outdoor photo. I was looking at the sun filtering through the clouds.
It's my favorite photo of me.
I did a little work on my postage stamps while on the plane Friday night. Other than that, I haven't done anything quilty since then. I do need to get working though. I have quite a few deadlines in the next few weeks. It's my favorite photo of me.
Happy stitching and thanks for stopping by!
Sweet P

looking good, both of you :)
I like all the pictures. If you were a movie star I'd think you'd had surgery on your lips, lol. You and your husband are both looking good.
You both look SUPERB!
Sexaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, and fit for a Chris de Burgh song! ;)
The red is so stunning...what a good looking couple!
Ooh, la, la...I love the boldness of red. What a gal!
Darling purse. Really, I'm not coveting it, I have nothing to wear with it, but, dang, girl, that's a cute purse. LOL!
That's a handsome fella you've got yourself, Sweet P. He looks like a keeper.
How nice to actually see a face after all the blog posts. AND a photo of the DH, to boot! You both look like you're having a good time, even with the bugs outside!
Woo Hoo what a sexy chick you are!!! Love the red! You obviously love it too lol!!!
Lovely pictures. I agree with Elaine....nice to have a face to go with the blog.
Nice photos! Love the red. Don't you just hate getting all dressed up in the summer and then sweating? Ick! Even so, you still looked as cool as a cucumber!!
You look fabulous!
WOW! What a couple!!! Love your self portrait.
Love the pictures of you and your dear man. You look fabulous in that red dress! I hope you have many opportunities to wear that dress before it gets cold. Maybe you need to look for a nice shawl or short sweater to wear with it during the holidays.
